THE EXECUTION OF NATIONAL SEMINAR IMPROVING MANAGERIAL SKILLS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM AT SMAN 2 KOTAAGUNG

Abstract

This article discusses the execution of National Seminar with the theme "Enhancing Human Resources in the Implementation of Independent Curriculum at SMA." The seminar held on June 6, 2024, at SMAN 2 Kotaagung, Kabupaten Tanggamus. The goal of this course is to provide the necessary managerial skills and knowledge that current educational administrators need. During the seminar, the committee members worked together to ensure the event's quality, including the aspects of planning, execution, and consumption. The activity evaluation indicates that the event proceeds well, with participant participation exceeding the initial goal. It is anticipated that the seminar's results and recommendations will be helpful to those who are putting in more effort in the field of education to raise student achievement, particularly in SMAN 2 Kotaagung. Though there are certain difficulties in the seminar, the organizers hope to get criticism and guidance that will help them in the future. This article provides information about the importance of managerial support in enhancing the operational efficiency of educational institutions and initiatives to increase inter-institutional collaboration.
