The postpartum period (puerperium) is a critical phase after childbirth that is vulnerable to physiological and psychological complications if not managed properly. This case study was conducted to provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. P, a 26-year-old primiparous postpartum mother (P1A0) on her 11th postpartum day at PMB Septi Ariyani, Pringsewu, in 2026. The study used a descriptive case study approach through midwifery management. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources through physical examinations, direct interviews, literature reviews, and medical record documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the SOAP documentation method. The assessment results showed that Mrs. P’s general condition was within normal limits; however, she experienced lower back pain and difficulties in breastfeeding. Midwifery care included education on proper breastfeeding techniques to prevent breast engorgement and postpartum exercises, including pelvic tilt and Kegel exercises, to reduce lower back pain. The results indicated that all complaints were resolved, uterine involution progressed normally, and lactation improved. Continuous promotion of lactation support and postpartum exercise education is recommended to improve maternal health outcomes during the postpartum period.
